Episode 13: Developing a Communication Strategy

It may seem challenging from the outset, but a clear strategic framework for any communication can be worked out in just a few minutes with the right tools. We have spent 12 episodes discussing concepts and patterns that make up a set of Fundamental Skills. In order to incorporate that skillset into a strategy, we gather our Given Circumstances and select a Desired Outcome. With that information in place, we are ready to develop an actionable structure that both drives and enables our content.
